TCWY's Low power consumption high purity PSA Oxygen Plant adopts the principle that under a certain pressure, the diffusion speeds of oxygen and nitrogen are quite different on zeolite molecular sieve. The compressed air enters the adsorber filling with zeolite molecular sieve after removing oil, water and dust by air purification system. The N2, CO2 and H2O are adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve but O2 can pass through because of its high diffusion speed.
After the adsorption process, the zeolite molecular sieve will regenerate by depressurizing and desorb the adsorbed impurities.
Our PSA Oxygen Plant is equiped with 2 adsorbers, one in adsorption to produce nitrogen, one in desorption to regenerate the molecular sieve. Two adsorbers work alternately to generate qualified product oxygen continuously.
