Product Description

Compared to other PSA nitrogen making systems, TCWY’s PSA nitrogen production system with special carbon molecular sieve (CMS) and advanced process design is featured with lower investment, less energy consumption, lower pressure and less maintenance.

Technical Features

This PSA nitrogen production system does not require standby liquid nitrogen to meet the user's continuous gas consumption. It’s a very good choice for the locations without liquid nitrogen source or where liquid nitrogen is expensive.
The system is characterized by small footprint, compact structure and saving spaces, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation.
The plant is easy to install and start up on site. Besides, it is controlled automatically, saving the monitoring force.
With the wholly adjustable function, the nitrogen purity (95% - 99.9995%) and flowrate are adjustable, so as to control the energy consumption when the nitrogen and purity requirement reduce.
Super filtering protection system can reduce CMS from pollution. The advanced compacting technology of CMS can prevent degraded performance caused by chalked CMS and the bed layer falling.
